UPDATES:
A new class format FAST FLOW is now on the schedule!  Saturdays 10 - 11 a.m. through September with Jessica and Traci and Sundays 10:30 a.m. with Nosa.  Fast flow is a way to move one-breath-one-movement through a series of postures.  Traditional Sun Salutations A and B are common examples of fast flows, as well as creative standing posture sequences.  We are experimenting with this heat-building way of practice; try one and let us know what you think! 
 
The much sought-after instructor Regie Ahmad now teaches Yoga Power on Wednesdays 6 - 7:30 p.m.!  MindBody reservations are available for this Wednesday's class!
 
Through the month of September, the Monday and Friday 6 p.m. yoga classes are being renamed Live Streaming Yoga Lab.  You'll see the format change take place at different times in the various schedule locations (MindBody, myhoustonian.com, FaceBook, and the paper schedule).  Note that the content of the class, for those of you who attend, will NOT change.  This is a simple alignment of language happening over all platforms. 
 
The 6 p.m. Yin Yoga has changed format to Yoga Stretch for just this Thursday, September 17 with Susie Edebor.  Yin Yoga and Rhia Robinson will return as usual to the schedule the following week.
