Make an Aquatics Reservation
Seat reservations are required for the following holiday pool parties, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Memorial Day Pool Party
- Fourth of July Pool Party
- Labor Day Pool Party
Check-in begins at 9:30 a.m. and ends at 10:15 a.m. If your reservation is not checked in by 10:15 a.m. your seats will be automatically cancelled and forfeited.
Reservations
Reservations open at 10 a.m. three weeks prior to each event. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis and fill quickly. Walk-ins may use any available seats 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
Making a Reservation
This system is separate from your MyHoustonian login. You will need to register by clicking the "Not Registered?" button before making a reservation. This is the same system used by our Youth Department, so if you are already registered, you may use the same credentials. Only one member number and password are needed for everyone on your membership to make reservations. If you cannot make your scheduled reservation, please cancel it through the reservation system under "My Reservations" by clicking the red minus button.

Reservations can also be made on the Houstonian app under "Aquatics" -> "Pool Area Reservations"
Cancellations
To cancel a reservation, please use the Aquatics Reservation System. Click the red minus button next to the reservation under "My Reservations." Announcements regarding cancellation policies for each holiday will be made to all members approximately 3 weeks prior. Please review the cancellation email for the pool party you plan to attend and cancel within the appropriate time frame.
Waitlist
Once reservations are full, you will be added to the waitlist and will be contacted as soon as a spot becomes available.
Reservation Wristbands
Everyone in your reservation will receive a wristband for our holiday pool parties. Wristbands are available for pickup at the Welcome Desk beginning three days before the event. If you pick up your wristbands in advance, walk by the check-in table and we will point you in the direction of your reservation location.
Wibit Inflatable Obstacle Course
The Wibit inflatable obstacle course will be available during pool parties, occupying three lanes in the Sports Pool. Children under 5 are not permitted on the Wibit. Children ages 5–11 must pass a 25-yard swim test (no stopping or touching the wall/bottom) to receive a wristband required for Wibit access. Adults are allowed on the Wibit and do not need wristbands.
