Ben has been teaching Group Exercise classes for 35 years! He has performed on a competitive level in Aerobic Fitness competitions, and also has 15 years of Martial Arts Training. He holds various certifications through PFIT, and is certified through Billy Blanks for Kickboxing. Ben’s dance expertise comes mostly from a natural ability and desire to move to the music! Ben is known for his fun, energetic dance classes and kickboxing classes, but also teaches other formats such as weight training and Rebounding. Ben’s wonderful personality and quick sense of humor always keep members coming back to his classes!
