As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all Members and their guests, we are expanding the requirements for guest check-in at The Houstonian Club. These enhancements are designed to ensure we know exactly who is in the facility at all times, helping us uphold the highest standards of safety and service.
While presenting a valid photo ID has always been part of our check-in procedure, this step will now be strictly enforced for all guests above the age of 12 for every visit. If a guest does not have a valid photo ID, they will not be permitted to enter the Club.
In addition, all guests completing a Houstonian Club waiver will now be required to have a clear photo taken and added to their guest profile in our system. This allows us to quickly and accurately identify individuals on future visits and enhance the overall security of the Club.
Please remind any guests you plan to bring that they must arrive with a valid photo ID and should expect to have their picture taken if they have not already done so. We recommend arriving a few extra minutes early to allow time for the full check-in process before entering the Club.
Please be aware that allowing a guest to enter without properly checking them in, using a false name, or accessing the Club through an unauthorized entrance may negatively affect your membership status.
