As we enter this new season, we’d like to share a few friendly reminders with our Members to help ensure a safe and enjoyable summer at The Houstonian Club.
Guest Access
All Houstonian Club Members are welcome to invite guests, in accordance with The Houstonian Club’s Guest Policy.
- Check-In Required: All guests must check in at either the Welcome Desk or at the Resident Desk before entering the Club for every visit.
- Children: Children ages 5 and up must be registered and checked in.
- Resident Guests: Guests of Resident Members who are 21 and over will receive a Resident day tag, granting them access to all Resident areas during their visit. These tags are good for one day and must be returned at the end of the day.
Access Tags & Club Security
To maintain the exclusivity and security of The Houstonian, we kindly ask that you
do not share your personal access tag or key fob with others.
- Access tags are individually assigned and should not be loaned or shared with anyone including other family members.
- These tags are designed to control entry and ensure that only authorized Members and registered guests can access Houstonian Club facilities.
- Sharing access credentials may compromise Club security and is strictly prohibited.
Caregiver Access
If you have a nanny or caregiver who needs Club access, you may request an access tag for them at the Welcome Desk. They will receive an assigned tag for up to 6 months at a time once the Caregiver Form is completed and turned in. Please note that nannies and caregivers are not
allowed to use any of the Club facilities for their own personal use. For more information, please inquire at the Welcome Desk.
Policy Enforcement
Please note that
misuse of access tags or
failure to properly check in guests may result in tag deactivation or referral to the Disciplinary Committee.
We appreciate your cooperation and wish you a wonderful summer at The Houstonian Club!
