Take off with our expert instructors and discover a whole new way to work out in our bungee classes! This workout challenges you to build endurance and core strength while battling the resistance of your bungees.

Thursdays at 12:45 p.m. and Sundays at 12:30 p.m.

Let’s accelerate your cardio and core strength with a 50/50 bungee and strength training. Boost your cardio with 30 minutes of bungee skills and drills, followed by strength training with body weight, resistance bands, and dumbbells.
