New Group Exercise Instructors

We’re excited to welcome some new faces to our group exercise team! Check out their bios below and keep an eye out for them on the group exercise schedule.

Meredith Smith - Yoga
Meredith Smith first stepped onto her mat in 2010, drawn to the balance between the discipline of asana and the freedom of movement. Over time, her practice shifted into a form of personal healing.

Meredith is a Yoga Alliance–Certified RYT-200 and a certified children's yoga teacher, with additional training in creative vinyasa under Marizol Cabrera, whose artistry and approach continue to shape Meredith’s teaching.

Meredith’s classes are designed to move energy, build heat, and leave you feeling strong and alive. Expect dynamic sequences, playful transitions, and a pace that challenges the body and mind.

Haley Fountain - Yoga
Haley Fountain is a 200-Hour Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher and a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, bringing more than a decade of personal practice and holistic wellness study to her students. She began her yoga journey in 2012 with Bikram Yoga before expanding into power vinyasa, where she cultivated a deep appreciation for mindful movement and strength.

Since 2021, Haley has led meditation and sound healing sessions, and she has been teaching yoga since 2022. Her classes blend intentional alignment, functional mobility, and breath-centered flow to create a practice that supports longevity, ease, and embodied confidence. In her classes, Haley creates an inclusive, uplifting environment where students feel both supported and inspired from the moment they step onto the mat.

Mel Blanco – Dance and Barre
A former top 4 U.S. professional Latin ballroom dancer, Mel represented the United States at the World Games in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and was featured on ‘So You Think You Can Dance.’ With over 11 years of experience teaching rhythm-based group exercise across Houston, she combines her dance expertise and passion for learning and development to inspire others through movement. Outside the studio, she loves staying active and playing pickleball.

Jasmine Davis – Dance and Step
A dancer, choreographer, and health educator at Texas Southern University, Jasmine combines her love for movement, high-intensity Pilates (Lagree), and cardio fitness to empower others through fun, effective workouts. Her mission is to inspire total wellness, mind, body, and spirit, while helping clients achieve their next level of strength.
