Are you a rise and shine warrior? Come join Taylor Arenz every Thursday at 6 a.m. for an off-the-charts HIIT class. 

Start the week off with a spark and feel the energy in our STARRE class, Mondays at 7:15 a.m. with Shanna Finucane, where she creatively combines STEP and BARRE.

Sometimes dancing is the way to go! We have relocated Cardio Hip Hop to the Move Studio on Tuesdays at 1:30 p.m. Bust a move and feel the calorie burn with Nosa Edebor. 

You asked and we listened. A new ‘over 60' class is starting in June!
Join Frances Caron in Seated Stretch and Strength for Seniors every Wednesday at 2 p.m. 

Tyler Barbier is also leading TWO more evening classes on Thursdays:
4:45 - 5:30 p.m. miniBARRE 
5:45 - 6:30 p.m. Pure Cycle
