We’re excited to kick off the new year with you. With over
200 classes offered each week, we’re proud to provide one of the most robust group exercise programs in the nation to meet the diverse needs of our Members. While we offer the largest schedule around, this time of year brings especially high attendance, and classes can fill up quickly.
To help ensure a safe, positive, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review and follow the policies below:
- Studio spacing: All studios now feature floor markers to help with proper spacing and allow as many Members as possible to participate. Please center your mat or bench behind a marker. Members who arrive late may not be guaranteed a spot, so we strongly encourage arriving early.
- Cell phone policy: Cell phones are not permitted during class. Please silence them and store them in the cubbies. If you need to check your phone, you may do so in the cubby area. For calls or texting, please step outside the studio.
- Courtesy during class: To maintain a focused and respectful environment, conversations and disruptive behavior are not permitted during class. If talking becomes distracting to others, you may be asked to continue your conversation outside the studio.
- Saving spots: Members may not save spots, bikes, kickboxing bags, or mats. All equipment and space are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Personal belongings: Please store all personal items in or next to the cubbies near the studio entrance. Bags, purses, phones, or other belongings may not be kept around the perimeter of the room or beside you during class, as they create a safety hazard.
