Indoor cycling classes provide many benefits, including high caloric burn, improved heart health, reduced impact on joints and knees, and improved mental health. Recent studies show that participants burned up to 13 calories per minute, with total calories burned during a 45-minute cycle class averaging over 600!
Cycling has been shown to improve your heart's stroke volume, resulting in a healthier heart while putting less strain on your knees and feet compared to other traditional cardio exercises.
Cycle classes are unique in that you have complete control over your bike resistance and speed, so you can take the class at your own level and challenge yourself individually, all while still riding alongside your fellow Members and friends.
Participating in any class can boost your mental health by socializing with others and helping one another push through the challenging parts of the workout. This mental discipline can then carry over into other areas of your life. We are here to help you get to a healthier place!
