As we transition to the next phase of our renovation, the Membership Department will be relocating. In order to make this as effortless for our Members as possible, we will be going paperless.
You will be able to access the following on our Member website, myhoustonian.com :
Guest passes: Most Members believe they need to have an actual paper pass for their guest. If you are accompanying your guest at The Club, you do not need a paper guest pass. You may simply sign them in at the Welcome Desk when you arrive. If you are unable to accompany them, you may go to myhoustonian.com and click on the Guest Pass icon and follow the prompts. You may also review information regarding our guest policy and the number of visits allowed. Once you submit your request, you will receive an email confirmation that your guest has been added to the electronic guest list at the Welcome Desk.
Membership Documents: You may access the Membership Documents by going to myhoustonian.com. Choose the Membership tab and scroll down. You will see the various forms listed there including the Code of Conduct, Club Bylaws, and Club Rules and Regulations. The inactivation form for Members moving 100 miles away from Houston as well as the dues line change forms are available. Once you have completed the necessary form, you may scan and email it to
membership@houstonian.com.
Membership Referrals: The Membership Department is happy to assist you with your referrals for friends, family members and co-workers interested in applying for membership. The Membership referral form is also located on myhoustonian.com under Member Referral. We anticipate increasing the initiation fees for new Members when the renovation is completed in the summer of 2022.
Our office will be here on campus in a different location (to be announced), and we will be happy to come and meet with you in the Club lobby during office hours to answer any of your questions. Our office is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
