Exciting News from The Kitchen

We want to express our gratitude for your valuable input and support throughout 2023. Your feedback has been instrumental in shaping and tailoring the dining experience at The Houstonian Club, and we remain committed to receiving your input as we continue to evolve our offerings. 

We wanted to make you aware of some changes you can expect at The Kitchen:
  • Automatic Gratuity Removal: As of Thursday, Feb. 1, the 18% automatic gratuity will no longer be applied to regular service at The Kitchen. Instead, we would like to give you the opportunity to tip based on service to reward our hardworking staff. Please be aware that automatic gratuity may be applied to large parties and special events. 
  • Based on the response from our weekly specials, we have added a number of items to our all-day menu including the tuna poke bowl and crispy spicy chicken sandwich. We are constantly reviewing feedback to innovate our menu in the future and better serve different dietary restrictions and preferences at a variety of price points. The Kitchen’s spring menu will be launching later this month!

Additional Reminders:

In the past year, our Food and Beverage department had the pleasure of hosting various social and corporate events, ranging from corporate happy hours to birthday parties and baby showers. We appreciate the opportunity to be part of these special moments. The Kitchen can host events for up to 120 guests for reception style and up to 60 guests for sit-down dinners or lunches. Breakfast service is available for to-go ordering through the Houstonian app.

The Kitchen will have a special Valentine’s Day Dinner with a thoughtful, three-course menu crafted by Executive Chef Marcus Hollander. For more information, please click here.
