3-Week Saturday Series
Tai Chi for Health combines martial movement with intention and deep breathing. This mind/body practice is considered a "metarobic” exercise that can reduce stress, enhance sleep, help the body function effectively, and combat a variety of ills. After a qi gong warm-up, we’ll move through tai chi sequences and close with meditation. This class is excellent for beginners as well as experienced tai chi practitioners.
