Designed for Middle School & High School Athletes

Movement-Based Training Approach with a Houstonian Club Personal Trainer:
– Resistance training across all modalities
– Core lift technique and mechanics
– Jumping, skipping, running, and decelerating

Pricing starts at $115 per person per session, depending on session frequency and number of participants.
