Yoga Nidra Basics
Yoga Nidra ("yogic sleep”) is a guided, deeply restful practice done lying down (or seated). You’ll be led through body relaxation, breath awareness, and gentle visualization to calm the nervous system. No experience or stretching is required—just rest and listen. Leave feeling restored. Bring layers; eye pillows/blankets are welcome.
