This energizing yoga practice combines dynamic flows with Stakt adjustable hand weights to build strength, balance, and mobility. Begin with a traditional warm-up, then move through weighted standing, balancing, and supine poses. Finish with a calming cool down and shavasana. Adjust intensity with 2, 4, or 6-pound Stakt weights.
