My primary focus is to maintain a lean physique while striving to improve my overall health. I have improved my cardiovascular health, body composition and overall performance by using a combination of weight training and other methods such as plyometric and circuit training. Strength training, muscular endurance, and weight training have many faces and are  incredibly effective tools in accomplishing an array of fitness goals. So whether your goals are health-related or strictly aesthetic, working with weights will help get you there.
