"Tai Chi for Arthritis” is a gentle exercise program using slow Tai Chi movements to improve joint mobility, reduce pain, and enhance balance. Tailored for arthritis, it incorporates controlled breathing, posture, and mindful movement to promote well-being, led by a certified instructor experienced in adapting Tai Chi for arthritis.
