Take flight in this complementary, high-energy, low-impact workout experience! Using the support of the bungee system our bungee classes combines cardio, plyometrics, resistance training, and functional movement for a fun and challenging workout that’s easy on the joints. Get ready to jump, soar, and sweat!
Requirements:
Participants must be 14 years of age or older, cannot be pregnant, maximum weight of 220 lbs.
A weight check is required 1–2 days prior to attending your first class and registration is required.
