September is the National Month of Yoga
10 to Begin Campaign
Before every yoga class you attend in September, you are invited to take "10 to Begin.” When you arrive, take ten intentional breaths on your own, anytime before class begins. No matter what’s happening around you, your breath is always available. Each week, there will be a variation to deepen awareness, presence, and openness.
Week 3 — Awareness of Surroundings
Find stillness in a seated or supine position. As you take ten breaths, notice sounds, light, and subtle movements in the studio. Observe without judgment, allowing each breath to ground you while opening awareness to the shared energy around you.
