8:30 to 9:15 a.m.
cardio focused workout, borrowing from principles of yoga, Pilates and endurance training. Perfectly set to music...begin with soft, flowing movements, add some light resistance, then gradually build to bigger, more powerful moves that make you wonder how you got there! From start to finish this class is designed to become "progressively” more challenging and leave you feeling strong, lean and complete.
