A truly unique and innovative way to get your full body workout in! This "bell-curveā formatted class combines strength training with elements of other disciplines like yoga, Pilates or dance, often using light to medium weights, resistance bands and body weight exercises. This workout is meant to tone and define muscles, improve stability and overall fitness by targeting multiple muscle groups and incorporating cardio bursts.
