I firmly believe that weight lifting is the ultimate way to transform your physique! That’s right, PUMPING IRON!! My favorite style of training is muscle isolation. I will focus on specific muscle groups to train each day, with
volume of repetitions, with minimal rest. I like to superset or triple set reaching muscle failure. The more muscle mass the body has, the faster your metabolism, which means you burn more calories and fat while you’re in a resting state.
