Celebrate Mother’s Day by spending time on your mat with your mom or your daughter or both! This Mother-Daughter yoga practice fosters mutual respect, positive communication, and trust between moms, aunts, grandmothers, and daughters as they move through yoga asanas, breath work and intention-setting.
No yoga experience necessary. Multiple daughters and generations invited!
