Our Functional Fitness program aims to enhance:

  • Balance
  • Endurance

Key features include:
  • Purposeful, real-world movement exercises
  • Small-group, motivating environment
  • Enhanced everyday performance
  • Reduced risk of injury

Led by Houstonian personal trainer, Jeremy Kelley, each session emphasizes proper technique, progressive training, and individualized modifications to accommodate all fitness levels.

Minimum of 3 max of 6 participants.
