Small Group Training
Our Functional Fitness program aims to enhance:
- Strength
- Mobility
- Balance
- Endurance
Key features include:
- Purposeful, real-world movement exercises
- Small-group, motivating environment
- Enhanced everyday performance
- Reduced risk of injury
Led by Houstonian personal trainer, Jeremy Kelley, each session emphasizes proper technique, progressive training, and individualized modifications to accommodate all fitness levels.
Minimum of 3 max of 6 participants.
