This breath-led practice blends mindful movement, balance, and gentle strength-building through standing postures, lunges, mild squats, flowing transitions, and simple one-leg balances. You’ll be guided through a complete meditative sequence, ending with your choice of seated or reclined relaxation. Beginners welcome.
