Close your eyes to wake up! Through the use of a blindfold, you tap into your innermost potential to practice the yoga poses, thus reaching a meditational state. The slow and simple practice is beginner-friendly yet challenging.
Bring your own scarf, bandanna, or eye mask to wear for the practice or use one of the provided bandannas.
