James spent the last 20+ years training both male and female athletes at the collegiate level, including six years training elite players in the NFL. Most notably, James coached in two Super Bowls, including the 2016 Superbowl championship with the New England Patriots. He most recently spent three years with the Houston Texans Strength and Conditioning staff. Throughout his career in strength and conditioning, James has had the opportunity to train multiple championship teams and numerous college athletes that have advanced to play in the NFL, NBA, and various overseas leagues. James excels in training all ages, focusing on athletic performance and on overall fitness. His passion lies in helping others reach their personal best.In his free time James enjoys spending time with his wife and two stepdaughters, often attending their array of sporting events. As an avid outdoorsman, he loves to be outside and is happiest when hunting or offshore fishing.
