Colleen Kennedy has been teaching Group Exercise classes at the Houstonian since 1984. She also is The Director of Sales for The Houstonian Club. Her years of teaching experience have motivated her to develop challenging workouts eliminating exercises which can be challenging to the knees, shoulders and back. Her passion is to help students "roll back" their biological age by developing muscle mass. Twenty year olds have mostly muscle, good bone density and lower body fat. Forty year olds have mostly fat, reduced muscle and decreased bone density. Her goal is to reverse these effects, while helping individuals of all ages reach their individual goals. Colleen is certified as a Group Fitness Instructor, through the American Council on Exercise.
