Bio

Brane joins us from Hotel Granduca and has an impressive background in the Food and Beverage industry including his experience as Director of Sales for Minute Maid Park-Aramark, Food and Beverage Director at Hilton Hotel at the University of Houston and General Manager of Quattro Restaurant and Lobby Lounge at The Four Seasons Hotel Houston. With a proven track record of achieving top and bottom-line performance even in challenging economic conditions, Brane brings a wealth of expertise and leadership skills to our food and beverage team.

Throughout Brane’s career, he has demonstrated exceptional skills in P&L management, operations, sales and marketing, revenue management, and hotel openings. He possesses a keen attention to detail and has consistently delivered strong leadership, effectively reducing turnover in traditionally high-turnover departments and motivating staff with a hands-on management style. Brane has extensive experience and a strong commitment to creating a high moral and ethical working environment for hourly staff and managers. Brane’s analytical problem-solving skills and ability to identify the root of the problem will make him an invaluable leader of our food and beverage operations at the Club.
