The Refine Studio is a private yoga studio complete with Aerial Silks, a Yoga Wall and Stall Bars, completed in Phase 1 of the Club renovation.

Houstonian Club Yoga Class Formats: 
Yoga Body - A well-rounded, moderately-physical hatha yoga practice that will lightly warm you up and stretch you out while beginning to train your body for more advanced work.


Yoga Lab - This active beginner-level and higher practice develop functional strength and flexibility. Includes a range of poses from the simple to the challenging. 

Yoga Power -  challenging strength-building, full-body blasts designed to build focus, endurance and flexibility.

Yin Yoga - Beginner-friendly, especially beneficial to athletes. Hold mostly sitting poses for 2 - 5 minutes to transform joint fluids and connective tissue.
