Erik Johnson

Erik is a native of Iowa, but has resided in Texas for 21 years. From the beginning, Erik has been involved in active sports. He loves to bike long distances, swim and play tennis. Upon graduating from the University of Iowa in 1990, Erik became involved in health care by providing social services to the elderly living in long-term care facilities.
Erik’s passion in health and wellness has lead him to find the Pilates discipline which he feels helps his clients become stronger, longer and leaner.
Erik is fully Stott Pilates trained with an emphasis in injuries and special populations. Erik has been teaching Pilates, both private sessions and group classes for over 11 years.
Erik’s goal is to provide his clients with a challenging whole-body workout while using the Pilates method to promote core strength, flexibility, ideal posture, and balance.
