Sarah Hannegan

Sarah was born in Seoul, South Korea and began teaching Les Mills Programs, Step and Strength classes in Melbourne, Australia in 1996. In 2002 she married and moved to Houston, TX with her husband. Sarah has been teaching a variety of fitness classes around Houston in corporate settings as well as country club and gym settings since 2003. She is certified through AFAA as a Group Exercise Instructor and through ACE as a personal trainer. Sarah is also very passionate about expanding her knowledge through continued training workshops which include Yogafit, Piloxing, Turbokick, Spinning, P90X, RIPPED, Balanced body Pilates Reformer, Zumba, TRX, Tabata ,Fluid Strength, Barre and Pop Pilates. When Sarah is not teaching, she stays busy keeping up with her daughter, Isul.
