School is Returning Soon

Summer here at The Houstonian is coming to an end. Before we know it school will be back in session and camps will be over. We are sad to see the summer go but also very excited to see what the next school year has in store for our children.

Here are a few more ways to soak in the summer before the kiddos have to return to school:

Camp
We do have one more week of our All-Star and Aquatics camp (the last day is August 2), while Racquet camp remains until August 27. Space is limited so if your children would like to attend please make sure an application is filled out on CampMinder (click here for CampMinder) or contact the following Camp Supervisors for more information:
Youth: Izel Bermudez, ibermudez@houstonian.com
Aquatics: Kaitlyn Sowell, ksowell@houstonian.com
Racquets: Mike May, mmay@houstonian.com

Jr. Youth Certifications
If you have a 9 - 11 year old that you would like to give a little more freedom before school returns, you can email jryouth@houstonian.com to sign up for a jr. youth certification. This is a short class that teaches parents and children what your child will be able to do with a jr. youth certification and they will get their own fob to enter the Club. Jr. youth certifications allow the age-appropriate children to roam the campus while a parent is on the property.

Racquet Classes
Our Racquets Department has a Junior Tennis Program and a Junior Padel Academy. Both of these programs offer lessons from intermediate to advanced levels. See flyers here:
Please contact racquetsports@houstonian.com to enroll or for more information.

Aquatics:
Interested in getting your kiddo swim lessons? Swim lessons start as young as 15 months and you can choose between group and private lessons. More information can be found here. We hope your family has enjoyed their summer at The Houstonian with any and all activities they were a part of. We look forward to sharing our fall programs with you soon.
