Cancellation Policy for Club Social Events

We know that social events and networking with other Members are an important part of your membership! We are proud to offer a number of complimentary and fee-based events throughout the year to enjoy with your fellow Members.
To provide you with the best level of service at all Houstonian Club social events in the future, a cancellation fee will be in effect. 

This means that anyone who RSVPs for a Club event (complimentary or fee-based), does not attend, and has not cancelled the reservation at least 24 hours prior to the event, will incur a fee to their membership account. The fee will be the attendee cost of the respective event or a $25 fee per person for complimentary events. For each attendee, we take into account food and beverages, staffing, and in some cases, have turned other Members away due to the lack of space for events. 
We understand that plans change, and sometimes it is unavoidable to miss a scheduled event. In this case, please call or email as soon as possible so we may cancel your RSVP prior to the event, and avoid having fees charged to your account.
