A Soothing Practice with Misha Laird

Experience self-care for your face and your eyes in this short practice! Using a mix of tools including your hands and therapy balls, we’ll enhance the neuromyofascial relationships of the head, neck and eyes and then condition the muscles and mobility of the eyes.
