Explore Yoga

Strategically prep your body for one essential yoga pose per class! Beginners and accomplished yogis alike will advance their yoga practices with the innovative use of props, breathing and alignment processes to rebuild a classical pose from the ground up. In October, we’ll explore Cobra, Triangle, Downward Facing Dog, and Tadasana.
