A New Way to Work Out
Come and fly with our instructors for a low-impact and fun experience. This class focuses on plyometrics, aerobic cardio, and resistance training that will help your muscles maximize their force without the pain. This class is fun and high energy. Come take flight!
Classes start on Nov. 28 in the Strong Studio:
Tuesday - 7:15 to 8:15 a.m. - Y.J. Garbo
Thursday - 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. - Marizol Cabrera
Sunday - 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. - Stephanie Buck
- Must make a reservation through the Houstonian app.
- This class is not safe for those who are pregnant.
- Must weigh in with Steven Elizondo 1 to 2 days before attending your first class.
