100,000 lb. Strength Challenge 
 
Attempt this insanely fun challenge to reach 100,000 lbs. lifted!

April 8–26

Here’s how it works:
  • Track the total volume of your strength workout. For example, Deadlifts – 3 sets of 5 at 200 lbs. (200x5 = 1,000x3 = 3,000 lbs.).
  • Turn in your total volume after each workout to a member of the fitness team.
  • Check the leader board regularly to see how you rank!
The first male and female to reach 100,000 lbs. over the challenge dates will win a Foundational Service from The Covery.
