Phase 3 FAQ
How do I enter the Club?
Members and guests will enter through the front door of the Club. From the garage, Members can cross the crosswalk, walk alongside Trellis Spa, and then cross to the Club front entrance. Also, the new elevators in the garage are now open and can take you to the Main Lobby or to the Resident Lobby with a Resident access tag.
How do I get to the Resident Lobby and Resident Locker Rooms?
Members can enter through the front door, check in, and then take the new Atrium stairs or Rotunda stairs to the second level where the Resident Lobby is located. Resident Members may also take the new elevators from the garage to the Resident Lobby by scanning their Resident access tag.
What food options are available?
Our new Refuel Cafe' proudly serving Starbucks is now open in the Atrium, upon the completion of Phase 2, for grab & go food and beverages (Monday - Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday - Sunday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.)! Arbor Grill is open on the weekends (Friday, 3 to 8 p.m., Saturday. 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Our new Club restaurant, The Kitchen, will be opening for breakfast, lunch and dinner service soon.
What areas are currently under construction during Phase 3?
The east side of the building is now under construction (where The Shop at The Houstonian was located) as well the Resident Lobby and hallways, southeast stairwell, fitness center stairwell and the stairwell leading to the basketball court. Various doors throughout the facility are being updated.
What new areas will be available after Phase 3 is complete?
Phase 3 consists of the Club sales and administrative offices as well as a new card room (the Bluebonnet Room) for Members.
I used the ADA entrance during Phase 2, can I continue to enter the Club through this entrance?
Access to the ADA entrance was extended to those who needed to use an elevator during Phase 2 of the renovation. Please note that with the completion of our new lobby elevators at the front of the Club, access to this ADA entrance will be reserved for those with ADA needs only. If you need ADA access, please stop by the Club Welcome Desk to fill out the ADA Access Application if you have not done so already.
How long is Phase 3 projected to take to finish?
Phase 3 will last until the end of the year.
How can I contact the Membership Sales Office?
The Membership Sales Team has been temporarily relocated to the Redstone Building until the end of Phase 3.
