Position: Registered Dietitian


Battling through his own issues with dieting and exercise from a young age, Mag decided to study nutrition and understand the importance of how food affects everything from body shape to mood and overall health. He went on to complete his degree at the University of Houston where he capped it off with rotations in clinical settings, wellness, and school food service. Today his motto is "Balance more, restrict less”. He believes the constant cycles of dieting are caused by over restriction and keeps people from ultimately reaching their end goal. He works closely with sports focused athletes ranging from runners, triathletes, weight lifters, and CrossFitter’s, as well as those looking to break the yo-yo dieting cycles or wanting to improve their blood markers.
