safety/swimming with others. Having 3 adult children of her own, she
understands not only the trepidation a parent experiences as their child is
learning how to swim, but also is very understanding of the child’s fear. Once
they are water safe and working on their swimming skills, Charlotte enjoys
teaching them the skills needed to prep them for the swim team and beyond.

Being passionate about the water, Charlotte has been
certified by the AEA as a Certified Aquatics Instructor for over 20 years.
Water fitness is a challenging workout and beneficial for strength/resistance
training, cardio, core, balance, stretching, and range of
motion/flexibility—all needed for activities of daily living by all.

Charlotte also has an AquaStretch™Specialty

Growing up in the country surrounded by lakes and rivers,
Charlotte’s dad, a firefighter and Scout Master, shared the importance of water
safety with his children.

Charlotte, a certified swim instructor/lifeguard with
CPR/First Aid by the American Red Cross, has taken the skills learned as a
child and as an adult to share her passion—teaching a life skill--water
safety/swimming with others. Having 3 adult children of her own, she
understands not only the trepidation a parent experiences as their child is
learning how to swim, but also is very understanding of the child’s fear. Once
they are water safe and working on their swimming skills, Charlotte enjoys
