Erik Johnson

Erik teaches Pilates for all fitness levels. With his comforting and confident assurance, Erik delivers injury prevention and a positive mind-body experience. Erik will help design a customized training routine, considering any injuries. He will provide an explanation of the exercises along your journey to improved flexibility, muscle strength, posture, and balance. Certified to teach Pilates and Gyrotonic®, Erik has been a member of The Houstonian family since 2005.
