TRUE Tabata

We’ve all tried tabata, but have you really tried doing TRUE tabata? Prepare to be pushed to your limits to reveal your true potential in this creative, but challenging tabata class. After a quick warm-up, you will complete 20 minutes of true, non-stop, high-intensity tabata, followed by 4 minutes of core work. After the first 30 minute class, work up to being able to do both classes back-to-back!
