Savor the sunrise with this well-rounded, moderately-physical hatha yoga practice that will warm you up and stretch you out. No prior yoga experience needed for active beginners.

Bring your own mat.
MindBody class reservations available.
Drop-ins are welcome.

In case of rainy weather, the practice will move to Studio B and those with MindBody class reservations are guaranteed one of the limited spaces.  As always, drop-ins to Studio B are welcomed as space permits.
