This class will focus on cross training which means incorporating cardiovascular endurance, strength training and flexibility exercises specifically designed for TEENS. The workout is constantly varied, engaging and set to high energy music. Burn fat and increase muscle tone with the use of free weights, bands, body weight and other various equipment.
