No matter what the skill level, yoga outdoors will bring you closer to nature, humanity and the universe. Our yoga instructors at The Houstonian Club will inspire by focusing awareness, breathing deeply and practicing stillness. Please bring a towel or yoga mat and either barefoot or shoes will be perfect for the easy, flowing movement. Yoga on the Meadow ends with a complimentary healthy snack in the peaceful Gazebo on the Meadow.
