Every class, practice to prime all body parts needed for handstands while increasing your confidence to turn upside down. Set goals, track weekly progress, and get personalized, one-on-one coaching with Nosa, an experienced teacher and practitioner. Ideally, plan to attend every week to get maximum results, yet walk-ins are welcomed!
